We meet in main reception at the Water Sports Centre from 6.45 to run at 7 on Monday and Thursday nights.
We have a range of groups which generally run for between 45 minutes and an hour at anywhere from 6 to 10 minute mile pace. These are fairly informal and routes tend to be decided on the night. We have a duty runner to ensure everyone is made welcome and they will either find new runners a suitable group or run with them initially.
In the summer we tend to run to Radcliffe-on-Trent and beyond, or along parts of the Grantham Canal. In the winter, routes are through Edwalton, West Bridgford and the city centre.
All runners should wear suitable high-viz clothing during dark winter nights, and if possible, also wear a headtorch / body torch.

Between October and March we have an optional hill session on a Thursday night at Selby Road in West Bridgford. Runners leave the Water Sports Centre at 7pm and the session starts at Selby Road at 7.25pm. Some will meet the group at Selby Road.
The new season of hill sessions starts on 14th October 2021 and the last session is on 24th March 2022.
Our track session is at Bingham Leisure Centre on a Tuesday night at 8pm. The sessions are free to club members.
The Lakeside Speed Sessions usually run throughout the summer season. More details in the spring.
