Tempo runs start this week meeting at 6.45pm at NWSC along with other club runs. Each week starts with a mile warm up and then tempo run for 30-40 minutes usually broken down into 10-15 minute efforts and then a mile cool down at the end.
The sessions mostly take place round the lake but there will be some special sessions over the summer. They're suitable for all paces so it's great to run with people of all abilities from across the club and also because it's light you'll actually remember who you've been with!
